Message I was eating lunch today at a Quizno's (Mmmm...mmmmm...mmmmm - Toasty) and out of the blue, as this guy is leaving he asks me if I own that red Z parked outside. A little alarmed at the question (thinking maybe somebody hit it or something), I said "yes". He replies: "That's a beautiful car - I've always loved the classics (yes, he said classics). I thanked him for the compliment and as he left he said "be sure to take good care of it" to which I replied "that's one thing you don't need to worry about".

I was surprised that he picked me out of all the people in there - perhaps it was because I had my nose buried in a car magazine :-P

The car still gets the respect it deserves (and without the need for a bodykit/graphics to gain that attention too I might add - OK, I'll get off my soap box now).

Anyway, the extra 10 minutes I spent this morning dusting off the car and cleaning my wheels paid off.
